August 26, 2008	NVJCYO Pre Tennis Meeting Tuesday 7 pm @ Arlington Y Sport & Health Club
Sept 7, 2008 (2pm - 4pm)	Tennis Olympics Carnival at Arlington Y Sport & Health Fun and games followed by pizza. This is an optional event offered by the staff of Arlington Y Sport and Health Club to all CYO tennis players from grades 3-8. There is no charge, but pre-reservation for head count is needed, so Coordinators should call (703) 522-1700 by Noon on Friday, September 5 with an approximate number of attendees from your school.
Sept 13, 2008	NVJCYO Tennis Caoches Coaches Clinic ar Arlilngton Y Sport & Health Club from 10 an - 12 pm noon
Sept 15, 2008	Tennis Rosters and P/R Slips must be in Commissioner's hand by midnight or team could forfeit first match of season.CYO Roster forms: including coaches’ names, home and cell phone numbers and email addresses for each divisional coach. Also, attach the Permission/Release form for each player attached per roster
Sept 18,2008	Tennis Waivers must be in Commissioner's hand by midnight or player will not be eligible to play
Sept 18,2008	Last day to add players to tennis roster (additional individuals to already established teams only). Final, official, signed CYO Tennis Rosters and P/R Slips must be in Commissioner's hand by midnight or school/team may not participate in the season
Sept 25, 2008	Fall Parish Rep Meeting 7:15 pm in the St. Michael ALL PURPOSE ROOM NEXT TO THE GYM
Sept 28, 2008	Opening day for 2008 Tennis matches
Sept 28- Nov 2	Season: Sundays, September 28 – November 2 (Championships Nov. 9^th) Match play on Sunday afternoons from either 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 –5:00 p.m. (usually) Result scores need to be called in or emailed by 5:00 p.m. each Monday to the division score coordinator and cc: TennisCommissioner@nvjcyo.org Penalties may be inflicted when the winning team fails to submit scores to the divisional score coordinator by 5:00 pm, Monday. Divisional score coordinators need to get them to Mimi by noon on Tuesday, at the latest, each week

Nov 17, 2008	Rosters and P/R Slips must be in Commissioners hand by midnight or coach can not coach the first game of the season (that means on the bench).
Nov 19, 2008	Waivers must be in VP hand by midnight or player will not be eligible to play
Nov 24, 2008	2nd notice for Rosters & P/R slips. If Rosters and P/R not in Commissioners hand by midnight team will not play during month of December
Dec 6, 2008	Opening day of the NVJCYO basketball leagues
Dec 20, 2008	Last day to add players to roster
